Happy New Year Everyone!! *cough cough*

I have few firsts this start of the year! (1) my very first time to cook a real shit meal for media noche, Hahaha I cooked Carbonara and I swear by it. It was that delicious as one made by our cooks during caterings, maybe because of its plenty ingredients. And I was coached by my brother HEHE. I prepared the salad and the oreo grahams by the way. (2) It’s my first time to drink with my dad and brothers and even with my sister, YEAH hahaha. So while I was standing at our door, sipping on some bottle and staring at our disco lights and table outside, thought came cross my mind for my 2012 birthday. I was thinking of having all my friends in the house and just  free flow of drinks. But that was just a thought, still undecided, some considerations coming up in my head like how afraid I am to present to them our house, it’s messy, a bit of a dirty? things just go really everything on our first floor, but we clean it of course, I mean our helpers clean them but still they look nasty for me. If I could just bring all them up in my room. whatever (3) my very first to blog about my new years eve yey hahaha. I think those two are my grand firsts for this start of the year. More cooking sessions to come? Hell yeah! I swear by the end of this year, I can now be on my own and cook meal for my family hehe. :-) Bye! Have a nice day everyone!
